National French Exam

Thanks to all the teachers who have entered their students in the National French Exam, or le Grand Concours.  Here in the Southern California chapter, the range of test administration is from March 4-11, 2015.
The packages - more than 34 of them - were taken to the Post Office and mailed off.  The receipt is taller than I am.
Remember to mail the answer sheets to the address provided on the proctor sheet.  The Remise des Prix is on Saturday, May 16 at the Polytechnic School, Pasadena, CA.  Stay tuned for the details!

CONCOURS RECITATION POESIE - CSU Los Angeles

CONCOURS RECITATION de POESIE – samedi 28 fev. – CSU Los Angeles
Tous niveaux: lycée, universitaire

• Contestants must register by Thursday February 12
• Each student recites one poem, chosen in advance.
• Students compete within divisions based on level.
• Judges award prizes to up to three winners in each division.
• The AATF-SC will award a special prize to an overall winner.
• The French Consulate will award poetry anthologies to three lauréats.
• Additional students may win prizes for honorable mention.
