Host a French Student this summer!

USMD French home stay program

Bonjour!  I would love for you to participate in a fun opportunity this summer by hosting a French teen.  I teach French at PV High and help the director of USMD place French teens in American homes for summer immersion.  USMD is a small organization based in Paris.  Please visit their website to learn more: http://www.sejour-linguistique-usa.com/host-family.phpThere are seven students who are still in need of homes, four girls and three boys.  They all study English and are eager to practice this July (6-26 July).  Students fly in to LAX on July 6 and depart on July 26, 2015.  The goal is for the students to integrate into your family activities.  They have one organized activity, which is an excursion to Universal Studios.  The students have a chaperon who flies with them and is available to answer any questions. His home base will be in Palos Verdes.  Ideally, I would like to place them in homes from Ventura County to Orange County.  Please contact me with any recommendations of families who would be great hosts.  I can send you the profiles of the students, as I try to match students with their hosts by gender, age, and interest.  Please feel free to forward this email to anyone who you think would be interested.  Merci beaucoup!!  Best, Amy
